When you purchase a Pretty Stock Co image collection, you are purchasing a licence to use the included images β ownership of the original files is not transferred to you.
You may use your purchased images to create content and marketing materials for your own business or brand, subject to the terms below.

Permitted Uses
- Use the images on your business website or blog.
- Use them on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Use them in email marketing, newsletters and promotional graphics.
- Use them in digital advertising and branded marketing campaigns.
- Crop, resize, add filters, text, graphics or branding to the images.
- Use them inside presentations, guides, workbooks and branded documents.
- Incorporate them into digital products where the stock image is part of a larger finished design.
- Use them in printed promotional materials such as flyers, brochures and business stationery.
- Use purchased images across multiple projects for the same purchaser or business.
- Use them in finished client designs, provided the original stock files are not supplied to the client separately.
PLEASE DON'T
Not Permitted
- Resell, redistribute, share or give away the original image files.
- Upload the original files to stock photography websites, marketplaces or image libraries.
- Create your own stock-photo bundle using Pretty Stock Co images.
- Sell or distribute the images with PLR, MRR, resale rights or similar redistribution rights.
- Share your download link, folder or purchased files with another business or person.
- Sell an individual Pretty Stock Co image as the main or standalone product.
- Claim that you photographed, created or own the original Pretty Stock Co stock image itself.
- Register an individual stock image itself as a trademark or logo.
- Use the images for unlawful, defamatory, misleading or otherwise prohibited purposes.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Using Images in Products You Sell
Pretty Stock Co images may be incorporated into a finished digital product when they form part of a larger original design.
For example, you may use an image inside a workbook, social media template, presentation or designed printable.
A designed social media template using one of our images alongside your own text, graphics and layout.
Selling our original image by itself or including the editable original file for customers to extract.
CLIENT WORK
Creating for Clients
You may include Pretty Stock Co images within completed work you create for clients.
The client may use the completed design, but the original stock files must not be transferred to them as a separate image library. If they require access to the original files, they should purchase their own licence.
WHO THE LICENCE COVERS
One Purchase, One Business
The licence is granted to the person or business that purchased the collection.
Team members and contractors may work with the files on behalf of that business, but they may not keep or reuse the images for their own separate projects.
IMAGE CREATION
AI-Assisted Imagery
Some Pretty Stock Co imagery may be created or enhanced using generative and digital creative tools.
Your purchase gives you the usage rights described in this licence. Stock imagery is non-exclusive, so the same or similar imagery may be available to other customers.
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
What You're Purchasing
Your purchase provides a licence to use the supplied files according to these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the Pretty Stock Co collection, brand, original files or associated intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted by this licence are reserved.
