A little look inside
Your Keep / Donate / Sell / Bin Sorter brings the bigger cleaning jobs together in one organised place, helping you work through them methodically without relying on memory or trying to tackle the entire home at once.
✦ HOW TO USE YOUR CHECKLIST ✦
Make decluttering decisions without getting stuck.
Choose one small area, sort each item into one of the four categories and keep moving. You do not need to reorganise the whole house at once — the goal is simply to make one clear decision at a time.Choose One Small Area
Start with a drawer, shelf, cupboard, wardrobe section or small pile so the job feels manageable.
Pick Up One Item at a Time
Avoid creating ten new piles. Make a decision on each item before moving onto the next.
Keep What Earns Its Space
Keep items you use, need, love or genuinely want to make room for in your home.
Donate What Still Has Life Left
Good-condition items that are no longer right for you can be passed on to someone who will use them.
Sell What Is Worth the Effort
Choose items with enough value to justify photographing, listing, messaging and arranging collection or postage.
Bin What Cannot Be Reused
Broken, damaged or unusable items can leave without guilt when they cannot realistically be donated or sold.
Move the Exit Piles Out
Put donation bags, sale items and rubbish somewhere separate so they do not quietly drift back into the room.
Reset the Space You Cleared
Return the keep items neatly, enjoy the extra space and choose another small area whenever you are ready.
✦ INSIDE YOUR CHECKLIST ✦
A simple four-way system for making decluttering decisions.
Use the sorter whenever you are clearing a drawer, wardrobe, room or storage area and need a quick way to decide what happens to each item.THE HAVENLY WAY
Decluttering is about making decisions, not getting rid of everything.
You are allowed to keep things simply because they matter to you, and you are allowed to let things go even if they once cost money or were once useful. The aim is not minimalism for the sake of it — it is creating a home that has more room for the things you actually want in it.Use the Printable

A few things before you start your deep clean.
Keeping something is still a decision
Decluttering does not mean everything has to leave. If an item genuinely matters or gets used, keeping it is completely valid.
Donate usable things promptly
Once a donation bag is full, move it towards the door, car or donation point so it does not become permanent clutter.
Be realistic about selling
If an item is low value or likely to sit unlisted for months, donating it may give you more space and less admin.
Not everything can be saved
Broken or unusable items are allowed to leave. Keeping rubbish because of guilt only keeps the clutter in your home.
