Holiday Packing
Checklist
Pack what you need without relying on the “I’m sure I’ve remembered everything” method 😂.
The Havenly Life Holiday Packing Checklist gives you one organised place for clothes, toiletries, travel documents, electronics, medication and all the little extras that are very easy to remember approximately five minutes after you've left home.
Packing
Plan • Pack • Go
Outfits, layers, underwear, nightwear and everything you'll actually wear.
Shoes, bags, jewellery, hats, sunglasses and useful extras.
Everyday toiletries, skincare, hair products and personal-care essentials.
Passport, tickets, booking information, money and important documents.
Phone, chargers, headphones, adapters, devices and power banks.
Swimwear, sunscreen, beach bits, entertainment and destination-specific items.
✦ YOUR PRINTABLE PAGE ✦
A little look inside
Your Holiday Packing Checklist separates everything into useful categories so you can build your list gradually and see exactly what's packed before the suitcase closes.
✦ HOW TO USE YOUR CHECKLIST ✦
Build your packing list before you build your suitcase.
Fill in your trip details, work through each category and tick items only once they're actually packed — not while they're still sitting hopefully on the bed 😂.Add Your Trip Details
Start with your destination, travel dates and length of trip. This gives you a clearer idea of how much you genuinely need.
Think About the Weather & Plans
Consider the expected weather and what you'll actually be doing — beach days, meals out, sightseeing, travelling, swimming or anything more specific.
Plan Your Clothes
Add enough everyday clothes for the trip, then check whether you can rewear or wash things rather than automatically packing fourteen outfits for five days.
Add Shoes & Accessories
Choose footwear that suits your plans and add bags, jewellery, sunglasses, hats or other accessories you'll genuinely use.
Work Through Toiletries
Add skincare, haircare, dental products, toiletries and personal items. Travel-size products can help if you're working with limited luggage space.
Sort Documents & Important Essentials
Check passports, ID, tickets, booking details, insurance information, cards, travel money and anything else you absolutely cannot replace with a quick trip to a shop.
Add Electronics & Medication
Pack chargers, adapters, headphones, power banks and any medication or health essentials you need during the trip.
Tick It Only When It's Packed
Once an item is physically inside the suitcase or cabin bag, tick it off. This avoids the classic situation where you were absolutely certain the charger was packed because you looked at it on the kitchen counter 😂.
✦ INSIDE YOUR CHECKLIST ✦
Everything you need, broken into packing categories.
Instead of one enormous list, your printable separates the suitcase into smaller areas so it's much easier to see what you've remembered and what is still missing.THE HAVENLY WAY
You don't need to pack for every possible version of the holiday.
Pack for the trip you're actually taking. You probably don't need seven backup outfits, four handbags and enough toiletries to open a small pharmacy 😂. Prioritise the things that matter, leave yourself a little spare room and let the checklist help you feel prepared without overpacking.Use the Printable
Print your Holiday Packing Checklist and keep it beside the suitcase while you pack. Tick items off physically as they go into your luggage and keep the sheet until you're ready to leave.

A few things before the suitcase gets zipped shut.
Protect the important stuff
Keep passports, medication, valuables and essential travel documents somewhere safe and easy to reach.
Plan outfits, not random clothes
Choosing items that work together can reduce how much you need to pack without leaving you short.
Leave a little space
If you know you'll be buying things while you're away, avoid filling every last centimetre of the suitcase before you've even left.
Check your limits
If you're flying, make sure your luggage size, weight and cabin-liquid rules suit the baggage allowance for your trip.
