β¦ YOUR PRINTABLE PAGE β¦
A little look inside
Your Grocery Checklist separates the shopping list into easy categories so you can add what you need and work through the shop without one enormous jumbled list.
β¦ HOW TO USE YOUR CHECKLIST β¦
Build your shopping list before you head out.
Use the categories as prompts, add only what you actually need and tick each item off while you shop.Add the Date
Write the date or shopping week at the top of the page so you know which grocery list you're working from.
Check What You Already Have
Have a quick look through your fridge, freezer and cupboards before adding things. This helps avoid buying your sixth jar of something because nobody checked the cupboard first π.
Add Fresh Food
Write down any fruit, vegetables, bakery items and other fresh ingredients you need.
Check the Fridge & Freezer
Add chilled essentials, frozen food and anything you're running low on.
Check Your Cupboards
Add pantry staples, tins, sauces, snacks, drinks and any ingredients you'll need before the next shop.
Remember Household Essentials
Check toiletries, cleaning products, toilet roll, laundry products and other household bits that aren't technically groceries but always seem to end up in the trolley anyway.
Add Pet Supplies & Extras
Use the final sections for pet food, treats and any other miscellaneous items you need to remember.
Tick Things Off as You Shop
Take the list with you and tick each item once it's in the trolley. It makes it much easier to see what's still missing without rereading the whole page twenty times.
β¦ INSIDE YOUR CHECKLIST β¦
Your shopping list, organised before you even enter the shop.
Instead of one long list, your printable gives different areas of the weekly shop their own space.THE HAVENLY WAY
Shop for what your real week actually needs.
The checklist isn't there to encourage a perfectly stocked, magazine-worthy kitchen. It's there to help you remember what you're genuinely running out of, reduce unnecessary duplicates and hopefully avoid getting home without the one thing you actually went shopping for π.Use the Printable
Print your Grocery Checklist, fill it in before shopping and take it with you so you can physically tick items off as they go into the trolley.

A few things before you head to the shops.
Check what you've already got
A two-minute fridge, freezer and cupboard check can stop a surprising amount of duplicate buying.
Add things as they run out
Keep the list somewhere accessible and add essentials when you notice they're getting low instead of hoping you'll remember later.
Shop by section
The categories can help you move around the shop more easily instead of repeatedly crossing from one end to the other.
Leave room for extras
Nobody needs to pretend every shop follows the list perfectly. Sometimes something delicious simply ends up in the trolley π.
